Microdermabrasion:
A technique to safely remove the upper most layer of the skin, leaving it smooth and vibrant. This non-invasive procedure improves fine lines, texture and color of skin. This is one of the most cost-effective and safe treatments that combats signs of aging without downtime. Microdermabrasion also helps to improve penetration of skin medications and rejuvenation creams by removing the blocking outer layer of keratinized skin cells. This technique has also been demonstrated to stimulate new collagen in the upper dermis which helps to reduce fine wrinkles.

Light acid peels:
Using both Beta and Alpha hydroxy acids to lift off dead, dull cells from the surface of your skin. These peels stimulate a burst of skin renewal to bring healthy living cells to the surface. Beneficial for acne prone skin as well as skin that would benefit by a more even color and tone.

Clinical Facial treatments:
A thorough deep cleansing treatment to remove blocked pores and blackheads. Facial treatments will improve skin texture and will refine and reduce the appearance of pores. All skin types can benefit from clinical facials.

Holly - Medical Esthetician (above)

Hello, my name is Holly and I am one of the medical estheticians here. I was born in Portland, Oregon, and moved to the Yuba-Sutter area when I was three years old. I attended primary school in Marysville and graduated from Yuba City High School in 1991. I started my career in skin care in 1994 and worked for three major cosmetic companies - Clinique, Prescriptives, and Lancome, over a ten year span. Working with different retailers such as Nordstrom, Macy's, and Gottschalks added to my cosmetic education and broadened my knowledge tremendously. I then decided to advance my career and I attended and graduated from esthetician school. From personal experience with adult acne, I really wanted to help people improve the appearance of their skin and add to their confidence. I feel honored to work in a well-established medical and skin care facility. The people here are amazing. As a Certified Medical Esthetician, I am able to help treat all different skin needs, whether you have scarring, uneven skin tone, oily skin, small acne breakouts, acne-prone skin, proper skin assessment or if you just would like to pamper yourself with relaxation while I improve the texture and tone of your skin.
