Linda Nelson, PA-C, dermatology physician assistant, is the first California medical practitioner to receive a master's degree in advanced dermatology physician assistant studies. For the past five years, Nelson has worked in the Advanced Skin & Allergy Medical Group with Dr. Robert Peppercorn and Dr. Foy Cox. Nelson, a resident of Yuba City, received the degree from the University of Nebraska. The new master's degree recognizes an advanced level of skill by physician assistants in dermatology, dermatologic surgery, and laser surgery.
