Hello, I'm Dr. Bob Peppercorn, MD, Medical Director and Founder of the Advanced Dermatology & Laser Center. We are located in Yuba City, California, a short drive north of Sacramento. We also have satellite offices in Penn Valley (Nevada County), and Colusa.

Our Group specializes in dermatologic plastic surgery and the latest techniques of cosmetic laser surgery. Since we pioneered the use of dermatologic lasers in the Sacramento Valley during the early 1980s, we have remained the leaders in the area with the most advanced state-of-the-art technology and procedures.

We offer a full range of laser surgery procedures that can resurface the skin and erase wrinkles, remove facial blood vessels and birthmarks, and wipe away liver spots and sun damage blotches. Our 15 lasers can also be used to remove tattoos and smooth scars. Body sculpting is performed by the power-assisted tumescent liposuction technique in our office under local anesthesia.

We treat leg veins by traditional sclerotherapy injection as well as the latest non-surgical method to treat large varicose veins and offer a variety of skin smoothing chemical peels that can rejuvenate the skin to a more youthful glow. A variety of other methods are available to reduce frown lines, depressed scars, worry lines and skin irregularities which include injectable Restylane, Juvederm, Sculptra and chemical denervation with Botox.

The Group is also the region's leader in providing individual programs to maintain the health of your skin.
