Cosmetic Surgery Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment: The above fees are estimates which may vary from patient to patient, and cannot be precisely determined until the patient is seen in consultation. The quote includes all pre- and post-operative visits for 12 months. If an EKG is found to be medically necessary prior to surgery, you will need to see your primary doctor. Pre-surgical labs for liposuction include hemogram, chemistry panel, hepatitis C, HIV, and coagulation studies. If additional lab work is needed pre- or post-operative, the lab will bill you or your insurance company.

As prescription medications vary from patient to patient, they are a separate expense and are not included in your fee quotation. All payment for cosmetic procedures is due two weeks prior to surgery. Payment can be made by check, money order, cash, or credit card. We also have access to a financing plan through CareCredit financial that offers complete financing with NO-INTEREST for up to 18 months. If you choose to use the NO-INTEREST for a year plan, you must fill out a brief credit application and be approved by CareCredit.

If revisionary procedures are necessary within the first year, at the discretion of the physician, there may be no surgeon's fee; however, the cost of the operating room and supplies would be your responsibility. The proposed surgeon's fee quoted at consultation will be in effect for six months. Patients who arrive late for a scheduled procedure will be required to reschedule and will lose 30% of the surgical fee. The 30% will have to be repaid in order to reschedule the procedure.

Most cosmetic procedure fees are per treatment session. Please note that many procedures may require multiple treatments to achieve satisfactory results. Some patients may also desire additional treatments in order to obtain greater benefit. There will be a fee for each time these are treated. Packages of multiple treatments are available at a discount.
